cross fit workouts and functional
The methodology of CrossFit and of 'functional training, to date, is the actually more effective training for athletes, normal persons or operators for specific activities. The mix of activities such as gymnastics and weightlifting (among other sports fully "functional") allows to reach the widest possible spectrum of physical training, developing in a single continuum skills often dissociated as agility, balance, coordination, accuracy, flexibility, strength, power, speed and force. The continued practice of these skills allows one to obtain optimal physical preparation, 360 °, useful to compare with every day situations or sporting gesture.
